What we learned this week on the Radio Happy Hour
Wednesday, March 21st, 2007
- doppelgänger is NOT a dirty word. It means any double or look-alike of a person—most commonly an “evil twin”.
- Middle initials are not funny. (But don’t tell Alfred E. Neuman)
- The end of the world is also not funny.
- Me and my jokes are responsible for the impending destruction of Earth.
- “Thy Shalt not covet thy neighbor’s wife” is indeed one of the Ten Commandments, and according to Pastor Ron, a viable one.
- Kosher for Passover and Mexican Coca-Cola is made with real sugar and not high fructose corn syrup making it healthier and tastier.
- I can’t do a Bosnian accent, nor do I know what a Bosnian accent sounds like. We barely could figure out where Bosnia was.
- Phil is a widower and not a widow. He’s also a Grandpa. We also learned that he quit drugs in 1978 or 1979 but still enjoys his booze.
- If Phil were to fake his own death, he’d then fake coming back as his ghost to fake haunt his friends that didn’t show up to his funereal.
As you can plainly see, we are the celery of radio. Just as you ingest as many calories as you burn while eating a stalk of celery, you gain as many brain cells as you lose when you listen to the Radio Happy Hour.
